All of our properties are designed with freelance creatives and young professionals in mind. All rooms utilise every inch of space to provide plenty of storage, areas in the room and outside the room for working, designed using biophilic design, using nature to influence the space. All of our properties encourage social engagement. Mental well being of our tenants is paramount so comfortable lounges, dining areas and social kitchen spaces as well as offering a revolutionary mental health care package for every tenant to have access to 8 therapy sessions a year is included.
