PROPERTY

Ruth is an entrepreneur with a degree in Interior Architecture and a background in Event Management.  Her path led her in to events and after seven years within the field, her entrepreneurial spirit took the reins and she started what would become her first award winning national wedding and event management company.

She regularly managed six figure budgets for events overseeing every element of the process from concept to execution. and has been able to transfer her 17 years of event management experience over to property developing with ease.

​

Knowing that knowledge is key to success, she invested into her formal property eduction with numerous mentors and peers within the property world and was also awarded the coveted Mastermind scholarship by world renowned guru Simon Zutshi.

 

Over the last few years Ruth has worked tirelessly to create a portfolio of HMO's (House of Multiple Occupation) that house both young professionals but is now working with registered providers who house vulnerable people including homeless and adults with learning difficulties.

Ruth is now an advocate for accessible and universal housing and speaks around the UK and overseas educating developers on the importance of providing inclusive properties and welcomes discussions with like minded people who are looking for projects that provide a different ROI...a return on impact.
